Damaged Bottles/Exchange
Inspite of utmost care and creativity in the packaging and delivery methods, unfortunately if the bottles received are broken, please take a snap of the damaged bottle and send us Mail to [email protected]. (SUBJECT: Damaged Package: Name, Phone Number, Order Date), we assume full liability of it and will issue a replacement shipment or a full refund immediately as soon as we get notified about the complaint.
Received Wrong Products/Exchange
In case on the off chance that you have not gotten the requested products what you have ordered, kindly Mail to [email protected] (SUBJECT: Wrong Order: Name, Phone Number, Order Date). We will cross-check the order details and re-send the original sought items. On the off chance that you need a refund for the same order, kindly let us know about the same with your bank account details.
